Morning Chair Yoga Session #3


Gain the benefits of yoga exercise using a chair, which is used as your foundation and support. This program is beneficial to everyone regardless of age or flexibility. Simple stretching, guided breathing, and individual adjustments are combined to gain strength, balance, and vitality. This class will have an introduction to Qigong, an ancient practice of exercise focused on building and balancing life energy through breath and slow body movements. Bring: a yoga mat, to place under your chair plus drinking water. There is also an evening class on the same day.
