Chair Yoga – AM


Gain the benefits of yoga exercise using a chair, which is used as your foundation and support. This program is beneficial to everyone regardless of age or flexibility. Do simple stretching, guided breathing and individual adjustments to gain strength and vitality. This class will have an introduction to Qigong an ancient practice of exercise focused on building and balancing life energy in a gentle and controlled series of movements. Supplies: Please bring a yoga mat, to place under your chair plus drinking water. There is also an evening class on the same day.
