Enjoy your deluxe motorcoach transportation as we travel into Canada for an upscale weekend of fine dining and lodging. Upon arrival in Quebec City, we’ll make a 45 minute stop at the Farmer’s Market. A great chance to pick up snacks for the weekend (perhaps a bottle of wine and cheese), purchase some maple syrup to take home or look for gifts for family and friends. Next, we’ll check into the Hotel Palace Royal, a fairly new four star hotel across the street from Parliament Hill and alongside the historic walls, the hotel offers a fantastic location for our stay in Quebec City. The hotel has a restaurant and indoor pool and garden. Freshen up before your 7:30pm dinner reservation at Cafe du Monde, an authentic Parisian bistro located on the banks of the St. Lawrence River located in the Old Port of Quebec. Sunday morning/afternoon savor your free time to enjoy Quebec City on your own, the hotel is located within walking distance to most major attractions and shops. Sunday night you’ll partake in a 5:30pm dinner at Aux Anciens Canadiens, one of Quebec’s finest restaurants with distinctively authentic decor in a house built in 1675, a warm and charming ancestral home. Rumored to have once been the home of General Montcalm. Monday depart from your hotel at noon.
